Our Supply Chain Practice assists our clients in solving complex Supply Chain challenges. We develop and implement operational strategies that solve our clients' problems. You will be part of a global team, developing world-class intellectual capital throughout the supply chain space, with a focus on innovative, digital solutions like Digital supply chain, Blockchain, agile network design, digital S&OP processes, end-to-end supply chain transparency, intelligent distribution logistics, advanced Supply Chain forecasting and Industry 4.0. THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES The position of Manager, Global Supply Chain Practice offers excellent opportunities for talented, highly motivated professionals with significant prior experience. We welcome applicants with a proven track record of excellence. From strategic analysis to implementation on the ground, Managers focus on solving problems, providing insight, delivering projects, project analytics, process design, and leading work streams as they drive significant modules forward. They manage small teams and work day to day with client contacts to push the project forward with limited oversight. They manage and develop more junior consultants, often driving the creation of a project timeline conducting or overseeing analysis to ensure quality results. They facilitate client meetings, manage client requests and are seen as key and trusted day-to-day contacts by clients. Managers are strong problem solvers, they structure and guide the problem solving process for themselves and others, they recognize interdependencies and adjust course as needed. Managers also play an active role in firm building activities. YOUR ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCE Just as every client project is different, so we recognize and value the diversity of backgrounds and skill sets for successful candidates. We are seeking high-caliber individuals who want to join our winning team. Preference will be given to candidates with: 2-4 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (or other similar organizations) Track record and knowledge within the Supply Chain space, eg supply chain solutions, integrated business planning, methods, digital supply chain, process automation, warehouse mgmt., routing, Blockchain in Supply Chain and delivering against tight deadlines in fast-paced, demanding environments Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in an international team environment Advanced graduate degree and excellent academic record Mobility and enthusiasm for taking on longer international assignments Fluency in French & English is mandatory, additional European languages a plus OUR VALUES & CULTURE We’re serious about making OW a rewarding, progressive, enjoyable and balanced place to work.
