Alliance Manager, Infor (Enabling Manager)

Do you excel at building relationships and enjoy building new go-to-market strategies? If so, you may be a great fit for our Infor Alliance Manager role. The Infor Alliance Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Infor Alliance. A successful alliance manager identify go-to-market (GTM) opportunities that will drive value for our clients, our partners and our practice.

Work You ll Do

Alliance managers have a breadth of responsibilities including the following activities:

  • Go-to-market (GTM) Plans Design and lead a GTM plan for their alliance. The GTM plan will include strategies for addressing client challenges in each major practice area and will establish a process for continued innovation.

  • Relationship Management Establish executive level relationships among respective alliance partners and Deloitte leadership. Continually articulate Deloitte s value proposition to the leadership teams of your alliance. Establish a collaborative environment where key leaders from each organization can meet to identify new market opportunities that drive incremental revenues for all parties involved.

  • Education & Evangelism Articulate the business value of alliance partners products & services and suggest ways that Deloitte s Client Service Leaders can leverage the relationship within their own businesses. Help Deloitte s client service teams position opportunities using Infor s suite of products. Proactively seek opportunities to leverage past successes in new markets and help facilitate training for Deloitte practitioners on Infor s offerings. Help track and plan training and certifications process with Alliance vendors.

  • Pipeline Tracking & Reporting Maintain an accurate joint sales pipeline with alliance partners and provide timely reports to key stakeholders. Coordinate with Sales Executives to prioritize target clients.

  • Marketing & Communication Work closely with colleagues to develop effective communications plans and eminence pieces to ensure all key stakeholders are aware of the market opportunity with their alliance partner.
