Hasbro is seeking a Campus Recruiter to execute campus recruiting strategies to find, attract and hire top interns and co-op talent for Hasbro. Our Campus Recruiter will also recruit and fill temporary positions across the company.Annually Hasbro hires 200 students into co-op and internship positions in the US. As a member of the Talent Acquisition Team, the Campus Recruiter will lead hiring teams through their selection and hiring process. They will regularly evaluate new colleges and universities with a focus on diversity and forward-thinking talent that will meet future business needs, implement processes for improvement and track and report on hiring metrics. This exciting role is the voice of campus hiring at Hasbro will travel to college and universities to build and enhance relationships with our top schools. They will ensure that Hasbro attracts and retains high-quality diverse talent, both for campus roles as well as temporary positions, to help us build a pipeline for future permanent opportunities. This exciting and important role is based at our headquarters in Pawtucket, RI.

Responsibilities:• Help build and develop campus branding campaigns and execution strategies to attract diverse talent• Establish and maintain a central calendar of campus recruitment timelines, events and projects• Oversee the process for receiving all intern/co-op requests each cycle, including communication to hiring managers, hiring timeline and exit surveys• Manage events for all campus recruiting initiatives including career fairs, presentations and interviews• Coordinate resume distribution and feedback and interviews on campus, onsite and via Skype• Manage offer decision process by providing up-to-date communication with students and hiring managers• For temporary positions, work with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand business objectives to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies• Manage the full-cycle recruiting for temporary positions: identify focused recruitment campaigns to attract and retain high-quality diverse talent, conduct post interview debrief meetings to select finalists, negotiate with candidates and close job offers• Build a pipeline of talent by fostering relationships with high potential candidates for future opportunities• Ensure that all candidates have a positive experience during the Hasbro recruitment and selection process

Additional Campus Program Management:• Ongoing research of schools/degree programs to constantly build a new pipeline for Hasbro’s campus programs• Assist in building marketing collateral and social media presence for campus audience• Plan and execute intern events including community service, networking and lunch and learns• Create, analyze and distribute reports detailing hiring metrics and conversion rates

Education and Experience Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree• Minimum four years work experience in a corporate environment, with at least two years working on a fully integrated campus recruitment program• Solid project management skills – able to initiate and implement new programs and processes• Superior communication, interpersonal and consultative skills• Strong candidate assessment skills• Excellent customer service orientation and follow through• Strong relationship building skills• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team• Strong analytical and organizational skills• Ability to travel regularly to campus events, including evenings/overnights• Strong computer skills with a proficiency in Office365 and Excel• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System a plus
