Job Description:

Position Summary

Project Oversight

 Partner with the Agile Release Train Engineers and Scrum Masters to understand all aspects of select critical change Initiatives to keep apprised of the status, including risks and impediments.

 Responsible for the project oversight and reporting for select critical change Initiatives that have cross-functional, cross-organizational impact, with high management visibility

Project Governance

 Responsible for Adhering to the CSWT and Enterprise Change Standards and Governance for Technology projects for a select group of Initiatives, utilizing the GPP (Global Project Portal) tool.

 Responsible for successfully completing the PTB (Permit to Build) and PTO (Permit to Operate) governance processes for a select group of Initiatives.

Required Skills

3+ years of Project Management experience Excellent Organizational skills

 Strong ability to communicate clearly at all levels of the organization

 Executive reporting & presentation skills

 Experience with GPP, Microsoft Project, Excel and Powerpoint

Desired Skills

Risk & Compliance exposure / experience

 Project Financials exposure / experience Enterprise role description

Contributes to programs/projects specific to corporate change initiatives that have significant impact on how the company does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function. Supports projects impacting business units, product lines, or business processes. Develops and revises project materials and maintains project documentation. Responsible for Clarity and PCM updates and project documents. Effectively communicates with managers, peers and business partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed from them. Typically 0 Ö 1 years of project or program management support experience.
