Accountable for managing the mid-size, complex situations that require a high level of technical expertise and knowledge. Assigns tasks to the Specialized Fiduciary Administrators, monitors progress and approves completed work. Will be responsible for coaching, developing, and mentoring more junior level officers and administrators within the team. Responsible for coordinating information and activities with external business partners (Attorneys, CPAs, and Fiduciary Accountants, third party vendors, etc.), and with internal support partners (FA’s, Sales, Tax, Compliance, SAM, ART, Operations, Technology Groups and Trust Administration, etc.) to ensure accurate, timely and efficient administration, and to manage business risk. May act as a technical resource within the larger group and / or with field based officers.

BS/BA is preferred. Non-licensed associate.

Note: This is a Trusteed IRA administration position and 1-2 years of IRA, retirement, and/or trust experience is preferred.
