CACI International Staff Administrator in Pensacola, Florida
CACI has an immediate opening for a Staff Administrator to support the Naval Aviator Production Process-Process Improvement (NAPP PI) efforts undertaken by the Chief of Naval Air Training. Assigned to support Navy’s Introductory Flight Screening IFS) Program, this individual will provide administrative services which include tracking and/or reporting the status of budgets, schedules, plans and data base files. Other duties include monitoring IFS student enrollment, syllabus progress, and assembling student performance data for government managers. This position is physically located at Naval Aviation Schools Command, NAS Pensacola, FL.
What You’ll Get to Do:
The Staff Administrator will be responsible for collecting data and completing forms and documentation in support of general administrative activities as well as preparing routine correspondence, reports and status updates.
Produce routine reports, assist in the preparation and presentation of technical briefings and provide metrics analysis to the on-site government chain of command in support of the Naval Aviation Production Process (NAPP).
The administrator will perform assigned functions and coordinate with other team members electronically, by telephone, or in person, as appropriate.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret clearance.
High School Diploma or equivalent, and three to four years of related experience.
Must be comfortable and productive in a fast-paced environment and be willing to travel up to 10%.
Personal transportation and comply with all vehicular/personnel requirements necessary to access U.S. Military installations.
Familiar with web browser technologies, common data entry requirements, Windows operating systems, Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and Access), communicating/connectivity within the NMCI environment.
Obtain/maintain Information Assurance (IA) user certification after obtaining NMCI user account.

Experienced electronic communicator; adept computer skills. Mature, analytical thinker.
