Job Description

The IBM Global Financing Center, which commenced operations in Malaysia in 2006, is a cross-functional organization that provides expert business support, pricing, credit, IT and business controls for IBM Global Financing business across IBM’s140 growth market countries. The Center’s mission is to provide responsive and effective support services to internal clients to facilitate the achievement of planned business results and client satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Scan documents upon receipt (contracts, invoices + DOs etc.) via local scanner to Content Manager for BSO processing. (3 LOBs - CuF, CoF & GARS)

  • Obtain IBM authorized signatures on contracts, Addendum letters etc. ( IBM Capital / GARS )

  • Arrange dispatch and collection of contracts and other documents to & from customers.

  • Sort invoices and mail to customer.

  • Filing and indexing of all IGF documentation to CM.

  • Retrieve documents from files upon request.


  • Good in documents handling & record retention.

  • English: Fluent

  • Written language : English

  • Diploma or Degree holder
