Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.
As a member of the product development division, you will specify, design and implement major changes to existing software architecture. Define project needs. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to ensure consistency, testability and portability across products in general.
Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 8 or more years of software engineering or related experience.

Oracle Marketing Cloud product development organization has a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Marketing product strategy and success senior Product Manager. This position is part of the CX Marketing Product Ambassador team. Reporting to the Director, this position is responsible for ensuring the product and customer success of Oracle Marketing Cloud customers from pre-sales to post-sales retention. Successful candidates will view this as an opportunity to build and drive a global business specific to CX Marketing s VIP customers while enabling customer experience transformation for all our customers.
-Work with VIP customers to assess their current Martech strategy and product adoption while guiding them to becoming more mature marketers.
-Leverage knowledge of CX Marketing product stack to engage with prospects and customers to deliver Oracle Marketing Cloud product value propositions.
Development and execution of Oracle CX Marketing Cloud product strategy, business solutions and customer success in the B2B space
Provide digital marketing subject matter expertise and relevant business solutions
Development of Oracle CX Marketing Cloud product positioning, context-based solutions and collateral
Identification of digital marketing use cases and value proposition
-Development of thought leadership content, marketing POV papers, and unique thought-provoking collateral
Maintain a deep understanding of the Oracle Marketing Cloud s Suite of products and how they bring value to companies
Maintain a deep understanding of the marketing trends, challenges, and opportunities for global enterprise companies
Define solutions and product specifications to address the needs of the industry; engage with Product Managers to ensure it is built and market ready.
Engage in public speaking, thought leadership and industry analysts/media to evangelize our solutions in the marketplace.
Be open to evangelizing he CX Marketing vision and business solutions to internal and external teams as well as customer executives.
Consult and assist sales managers, customer success managers and sales consultants assigned to your focused accounts. Focus on developing their digital marketing product knowledge to take on more execution responsibility over time.
-Collaborate across Oracle to promote CX Marketing value propositions and capitalize on opportunities (i.e. work with CX (Customer Experience) organization, ODC (Oracle Data Cloud), Oracle Consulting Services, etc).

Skills and Experiences Required
10 years digital marketing experience
Deep knowledge of Martech space with a focus on SaaS-based marketing automation; highly desired to have hands on experience utilizing Eloqua and/or Oracle CX Marketing Cloud s products
-Expertise in digital marketing tactics such as event-triggered marketing, segmentation, testing and optimization, hyper-personalization, analytics and attribution
-Bachelor Degree required; Masters Degree preferred
-Very strong written and verbal communication skills
-Very comfortable with public speaking
-Ability to travel globally and up to 40% of the time.

The CX Marketing Product Strategy and Success Senior Product Manager is a marketing expert in their own right and will be the global OMC authoritative voice on the marketing challenges and opportunities for B2B organizations. You will bridge the sales organization and product development organization to ensure Oracle Marketing Cloud provides a solution beneficial to customers and ensure their success. You will partner with customers to provide guidance and recommendations on how to gain more value from their Martech stack, enhance their customer experience, and drive more ROI. As a member of the product ambassador team, you will leverage your Eloqua expertise to support global cross-organizational teams including development of thought leadership and enablement content, customer meetings, business solution strategy, webinars, public speaking and additional activities to ensure success for your customers.
Additionally, collaboration and teamwork is key in this role as you will develop executive customer relationships, partner relationships, work closely with the customer account managers, provide product feedback to product management, work collaboratively across the Oracle organization and maintain a pulse on valuable customers.
You are comfortable speaking to large groups as this position will provide and present OMC industry thought leadership at conferences, webinars, customer advisory board meetings, and the like. You will provide leadership and expertise in the development of new customer facing content/products/services/processes/thought leadership needed for customer success.
