The PerformRx Business Analyst works with the operational teams to ensure that all customer/plan related issues are addressed. The incumbent will identify trends and actively seek to work for resolution of all customer/plan issues. Working collaboratively with management, the Business Analyst understands and supports strategic process improvement initiatives and goals.
Respond to all requests that include research, evaluation, and documentation of findings.
Serve as the liaison to other business units in meetings and cross-functional teams.
Ensure the timely updates and integrity of the knowledge tools and plan materials.
Facilitate resolution of surrounding customer-experience is implemented by appropriate business area and working properly.
Identify and document client/company touch point’s process flows and communication.
Prepare and deliver presentations for management and business partners to depict trends, interdependencies, and the correlation of up and downstream impacts to customer experience.
Manage multiple projects and group implementations, maintain appropriate documentation at a task level, and monitor deadlines.
Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with business partners and internal/external customers.
Attend internal and external education training to achieve and maintain proficiency on all systems.
Participate in cross-functional teams related to new business and process improvement projects to enhance the customer experience.
Collaborate with the management team on operational initiatives to maximize operations client satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
Bachelor’s Degree in Communication or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
Active/current National Pharmacy Technician Certification (i.e., PTCB, NCCT or ExCPT) preferred
Minimum one (1) year of current/recent experience as a Business or Procedure Analyst required
Minimum three (3) years of current/recent experience with progressively more responsibility in operations or project management required
Strong leadership experience in a transformational, fast-paced environment required
Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint required
Strong verbal and written communications skills to interact with the client directly required
Must have a general understanding of the Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) business environment and associated systems required
