Responsibilities:

The PerformRx Business Analyst works with the operational teams to ensure that all customer/plan related issues are addressed. The incumbent will identify trends and actively seek to work for resolution of all customer/plan issues. Working collaboratively with management, the Business Analyst understands and supports strategic process improvement initiatives and goals.

  • Respond to all requests that include research, evaluation, and documentation of findings.

  • Serve as the liaison to other business units in meetings and cross-functional teams.

  • Ensure the timely updates and integrity of the knowledge tools and plan materials.

  • Facilitate resolution of surrounding customer-experience is implemented by appropriate business area and working properly.

  • Identify and document client/company touch point’s process flows and communication.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations for management and business partners to depict trends, interdependencies, and the correlation of up and downstream impacts to customer experience.

  • Manage multiple projects and group implementations, maintain appropriate documentation at a task level, and monitor deadlines.

  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with business partners and internal/external customers.

  • Attend internal and external education training to achieve and maintain proficiency on all systems.

  • Participate in cross-functional teams related to new business and process improvement projects to enhance the customer experience.

  • Collaborate with the management team on operational initiatives to maximize operations client satisfaction and operational effectiveness.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication or related field required; Master’s degree preferred

  • Active/current National Pharmacy Technician Certification (i.e., PTCB, NCCT or ExCPT) preferred

  • Minimum one (1) year of current/recent experience as a Business or Procedure Analyst required

  • Minimum three (3) years of current/recent experience with progressively more responsibility in operations or project management required

  • Strong leadership experience in a transformational, fast-paced environment required

  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint required

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills to interact with the client directly required

  • Must have a general understanding of the Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) business environment and associated systems required
