IBM Business Operations, Program Management Office Lead in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Your Role and Responsibilities

The Business Operations, Program Management Office lead role includes the following responsibilities:

  • Manage team of data engineers and scientists, responsible for delivering performance metrics and analytics

  • Provide technical guidance to data engineering team to implement financial, operational and customer satisfaction metrics

  • Track Financial Performance and collaborate with Offering Management to deliver regular business reviews with the executives.

  • Provide adhoc business analysis to help drive business decisions by Offering Managers and Business Leaders.

  • Manage team of program managers responsible for successful delivery of Network infrastructure and services.

  • Manage Weekly program status of all strategic program

  • Provide help to the procurement team to negotiate and review contracts with vendors for the services needed by Network team, with goal to deliver savings.

  • Manage Budget and Expense approval process for $100M+ annual spend through business and financial stakeholders

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Manage team of data engineers and scientists, responsible for delivering performance metrics and analytics

  • Provide technical guidance to data engineering team to implement financial, operational and customer satisfaction metrics

  • Track Financial Performance and collaborate with Offering Management to deliver regular business reviews with the executives.

  • 6+ years of experience in network engineering and operations in a multi-vendor environment

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Demonstrated history of organization and time management skills

  • Demonstrated history of verbal and written communication skills

  • Exhibit a strong understanding of customer service

  • Ability to recognize and prioritize critical tasks independently

  • Bachelors in Science degree in a computer technology field or equivalent experience
