Work you ll do

As a Digital Enablement Manager, youwill lead teams using agile, data-driven, digital solutions to address thehuman factors affecting an organizations ability to reach its strategicobjectives, including how the workforce is organized, how to define and developthe workforce, and how to cultivate, engage, evolve, measure and incentivizethe workforce.

Responsibilitiesmay include, but are not limited to:

Lead a team responsible for the design and executionof Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities for large-scale transformationprojects including, but not limited to, stakeholder engagement, changemanagement, training, communications, organization design and governance, andculture solutions that enable industry-leading clients to meet and exceed theirtransformational objectives Utilize Deloitte s proprietary methods and tools todevelop the overall transformation strategy and detailed plan(s) for the fulllifecycle of technical implementation and emerging technology initiatives Manage a team responsible for developing and deployinguser adoption programs for technical implementations, digitalization andemerging technology initiatives Lead a team to develop and execute digital work productsfor clients, apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change onorganizations, and use assessments of organizational culture, performance andreadiness for change Define future learning opportunities to enable the useof transformative technologies Communicate digital enablement concepts to businessaudiences Translate business needs into associated project requirements,and understand solutions that will incorporate these requirements Understand how the client s technical environment enablesthe approach to change adoption Demonstrate how analytics/models can be interpretedand applied to a business issue Advise the client on best practices and market trends impactingclients during their digital journey Deliver change solutions in Agile SDLC methodology toenhance solution quality, enable flexibility, and identify new growth areas Lead work performed by members of the OT&T team(Change Specialist, Communications Specialist, Training Lead, TrainingDevelopers, Analytics Specialist, etc.) Ensure transformation activities are aligned with theoverall project timeline and key milestones, and are integrated with other workstreams, as required Manage overall change management work plan, conductweekly status reporting, and identify issues and manage risks Develop and maintain contact with decision makers atkey clients; support and lead pursuit teams Responsible for supporting and managing businessdevelopment efforts, including Statements of Work (SOW), proposal development,client presentations, etc. Lead and contribute to practice developmentinitiatives including culture building, internal community involvement,eminence, recruiting, whitepapers, etc. Provide coaching and/or mentoring of team members

Minimum six (6) years of relevantexperience in a consulting or industry role, with experience leading changemanagement efforts and teams to achieve organizational adoption of newtechnologies and business processes Proven experience with emergingtechnologies, including agile, cloud technologies and data analytics andvisualization Proven experience in businessdevelopment and/or proposal development in support of related specialty areas Bachelors degree Ability to travel 80-100% of the time(Monday Thursday/Friday)


Proven experience in a consulting and/orclient-facing environment Previousexperience on technology implementation projects (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards,Siebel,, Workday, SuccessFactors, custom solutions) in arelevant industry or consulting environment Advanced degree in relatedspecialization area Ability to work independently andmanage multiple assignments simultaneously Strong problem solving skills withthe ability to exercise mature judgement Demonstrated ability to manageambiguity and apply problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to employresearch and analytical thinking Demonstrated capabilities in teamwork and leadership, including the desire and eagerness to mentor and assist inthe professional development of junior staff members Demonstrated interest in a professionin Human Capital work through professional organizations, coursework,certifications, conference attendance, etc. Working knowledge and experience ofMS Office applications and training development tools Strong oral and written communicationskills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word)
