Job Summary:

The Digtial Marketing Manager plans and implements projects that support the acquisition marketing team. The manager coordinates programs with divisional and HQ marketing leaders to grow Xfinity Prepaid connects as well as support our University and MDU acquisition. Candidate should have a strong direct marketing background, including knowledge and execution of testing, results analysis and ROI and experience with legal approvals. Responsibilities may also include: coordinating trade show activities, and tracking of marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing promotions.

Core Responsibilities:

- Designing, creating and launching marketing campaigns to align with ongoing promotions/new products and on-going communication efforts.

- Developing and executing a multi-pronged strategy to increase customer lifetime value as the company significantly grows its prepaid product.

- Conducting cohort analyses across a wide variety of KPIs to evaluate the impact of past marketing initiatives and to inform future optimizations to marketing strategy.

- Responsible for the end-to-end marketing plan for a given product including market insights, marketing strategy, marketing communications, sales strategy, and go-to-market execution.

- In partnership with third party sales channel opportunities, build a plan that mutually supports the prepaid product in an extended sales environment.

- Work closely with the business units to define the service offerings, packaging, and pricing to meet our customer experience and business objectives.

- Serve as liaison between field marketing and corporate teams.

- Develops and manages a budget.

- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Job Specification:

- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent

- Previous experience developing retail channel strategies especially for prepaid channel, lower income products is highly desirable.

- Generally requires 6-9 years related experience
