The Digital Recruitment Specialist is responsible for the set up and launch of various recruitment marketing campaigns, tactics, strategies on behalf of our client Delivery teams. This role could support a portfolio of clients with multiple geographic regions. They will be responsible for maintaining multiple campaigns, spreadsheets and databases, providing customized analysis and reporting of the data, and acting as a liaison between the clients and suppliers of information. This is a fast paced, metrics-managed environment. Success will be measured by the overall performance of the team against specified metrics.


  • Lead partner for Employer Brand Strategy, working with Client Manager and Global Talent Sourcing Strategies

  • Manage Client employer brand communications and strategy execution.

  • Conduct client social recruitment efforts.

  • Develop candidate engagement strategies to build target candidate pipelines.

  • Ensure consistent messaging throughout all attraction and sourcing strategies.

  • Develop social content; create and execute social content calendars.

  • Manage all social interactions for career channels.

  • Create social channel reports.

  • Manage external corporate communications and escalations, if needed.

  • Conduit for, and ongoing engagement with, the Talent Acquisition team and IBM Employment Branding team for social and brand strategy.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • At least 2-years of experience championing social media sites.

  • At least 2-year experience in recruitment support and/or client service in a high-volume service industry

  • At least 2 years of experience with computers, with working proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet ATS or CRM database applications

  • At least 1-year experience with analytics for reporting purposes

  • At least 1-year experience setting up email campaigns

  • At least 1-year experience with CRM

  • High School Diploma / GED

  • 10% Travel Annually

  • Fluency in English

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • BA/BS degree

  • At least 1 year of experience leading a candidate sourcing or recruiting team
