The Director will join our internal Executive Search practice. We are modeled similarly to an executive search firm, with a team of client facing Directors partnering with our Research and Operations team to deliver exceptional talent at the VP and above level. This role interacts directly with our executives to understand their business strategy and culture, positioning it to strategically consult on talent decisions. It also works closely with our Talent Management and HR teams in order to provide perspective on the full talent landscape, both internal and external. This individual plays a critical role in helping the business scale, and is fully responsible for owning and executing VP and above searches across assigned areas of functional expertise.
-Act as a strategic partner to internal clients and stakeholders.
-Manage all aspects of the search process, including search strategy, identification, development and management of candidates, interview and selection process, offer negotiation and client management.
-Gather information and other resources to gain comprehensive understanding of client group and search requirements. Ensure an understanding of business strategy and direction, as well as skills and background required for prospective hires.
-Act as consultant to senior leadership, providing expertise on market trends and recruiting best practices to influence proactive, creative approaches to talent identification and expand reach beyond traditional talent pools.
-Develop highly strategic recruitment strategies that leverage multiple channels to execute searches quickly while finding the right talent, both for currently active roles and pipelining activity.
-Leverage research and network to establish candidate pipeline, identifying and engaging talent in anticipation of long term hiring needs.
-Evaluate prospective candidates for specific roles as well as broader company opportunities.
-Advise prospective candidates throughout the talent acquisition life cycle, developing and maintaining relationships to ensure a positive candidate experience.
-Manage search firm engagements, ensuring effectiveness and positive candidate/client experience.
-Work with Executive Search Candidate Care and Research team. Operate as dotted line leader on workload, performance management and coaching.
-Ensure database is updated for both reporting and team workload sharing purposes.
-Impact and influence positively throughout the organization. Be a resource throughout the company and provide support to team members; helping out when needed while adding value to the team and partners.
-Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work
nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

-Minimum 10 years' experience in recruiting or related field. Prior search experience at the executive search required.
