IBM Marketing Campaigns Manager - Bluewolf in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Your Role and Responsibilities

If you have passion and experience for demand generation and want to work with the team that is building global, innovative campaigns this role is ideal for you. This role will specialize in developing integrated marketing campaigns and programs across multiple channels such as events, digital, social, paid media, and nurture programs. You will work across our agile cross functional marketing team to drive development and lead execution of the campaign strategy for Bluewolf’s services, as well as roll up your sleeves and dig into the measurement details, and report out on success.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Work with the product marketing team to translate business goals from marketing plans into actionable integrated campaign strategies that deliver engagement, leads, pipeline and revenue.

  • Based on campaign briefs you generate, you will execute campaigns across all channels and track effectiveness, managing a campaigns budget, on time and on target. You will also support transfer and translation of campaigns on a global basis, working with regional market leads who adopt and execute campaigns within their regions.

  • Set priorities in implementation and development of campaigns that support the business and program objectives, integrating the right mix of demand generation tactics.

  • Responsible for marketing calendar. Work with internal and external agencies and the integrated marketing team to ensure world-class quality marketing materials are produced including web content, marketing campaign assets and offers, emails, ads, graphics, podcasts, videos, etc.

  • Work closely with world wide digital and demand gen teams to ensure timely campaign delivery, execution, feedback and optimization.

  • Collaborate with cross geo-based peers to adapt the campaign globally.

  • Manage internal and external agency partners as the primary lead in the development and delivery of campaign plans, assets, tactics and event execution.

  • Develop and deliver innovative campaigns that attract new buyers through both digital and face to face channels.

  • Track, measure, and report on the global campaign performance against agreed-upon metrics, working across regions to identify and analyze gaps and actions plans to course-correct as the campaign execution unfolds.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise

  • 5+ years in digital marketing and campaign management, preferably in a consulting or business services environment.

  • Communicate effectively on a regularly scheduled cadence to ensure stakeholder alignment.

  • Strong business writing skills that you can demonstrate through examples of long (whitepaper) and short (email, blog, ad, social) you created.

  • Understanding of marketing metrics and funnel analytics to optimize existing campaigns as well as advise team on best strategies to drive demand.

  • Comfortable presenting virtually, and in person, to audiences of all sizes, both internally and externally.

  • A natural digital storyteller who understands how to engage clients through multiple channels

  • Experience in marketing automation. Eloqua, basic HTML, Excel, Salesforce, Linkedin ad management, and media buying experience would help you be successful in this role.

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise

  • Expertise in planning, executing and measuring paid media campaigns.

  • Detail-oriented, self-directed team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills.

  • Demonstrated expertise in database marketing and segmentation for email marketing and a deep understanding of database health and how to nurture responders and leads.
