Job Summary:

Our Revenue Assurance Principal will be in charge of developing Revenue Assurance operational support applications and processes for xfinity mobile. He/She will be the subject matter expert for bill verification and controls associated with billing accuracy.


  • Responsible for planning and designing of Revenue Assurance solution for bill QA and overall revenue reconciliation
  • Identify revenue leakage detection and prevention opportunities
  • Build a revenue recovery opportunity funnel and prioritize targeted resolutions
  • Extract data, analyze and identify losses
  • Define fix / resolution
  • Identify revenue leakage detection points and KPIs
  • Develop tools to monitor KPIs
  • Develop reporting mechanisms
  • Work closely with the corporate Systems Engineering team responsible for our next generation OSS/BSS platform to be used for cable services
  • Collaborate with team members on system requirements development for the RA platform to support Next Gen bill verification and billing accuracy framework
  • Work with other Comcast teams to oversee the development of requirements, and lead agile development process to bring continuous improvements to RA tool

Basic Qualifications:

  • 11 years' relevant and wide experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field required
  • Telecom Service provider or/and Vendor experience
  • Revenue Assurance expertise
  • Highly numerate and analytical
  • Business results driven
  • Data & systems analysis
  • SQL/Excel/TABLEAU/ Data Mining

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years as a senior analyst/architect/engineer OSS/BSS experience in the telecom and mobile industry
  • Experience with WEDO Revenue Assurance tool
  • Experience with Amdocs CES platform desired
  • Knowledge of mobile buy flow, order management, provisioning, logistics
  • Knowledge of mobile network architecture, design and technology
  • Knowledge of TM Forum eTOM, TAM and Revenue Assurance framework
  • Experience with mobile retail operations, point of sale, and logistics
  • Experience with MVNOs and MVNO operations is desired
  • Experience with platform infrastructure and protocols
  • Experience with network, platform and data security
  • Experience with revenue assurance requirements when transitioning customers to new OSS/BSS platforms is desired
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Able to use MS Office products (MS ACCESS, MS EXCEL) as a Reporting Source


  • Fundamental knowledge and ability to understand technology, information systems, data, and business processes
  • Motivated to identify and develop solutions
  • Ability to deliver reports and dashboards to Business Users on schedule
  • Ability to analyze and dissect user requirements and build front-end BI applications according to specifications
