Enterprise Job Description:

A member of the Small Business Lending Team responsible for identifying and developing new client relationships in their respective territories through direct calling and networking efforts. Proactively and independently research and contact new prospects to successfully solicit new business opportunities. Supplement direct calling on prospects by developing referrals from business intermediaries (e.g. consultants, attorneys, investment bankers, accountants, and business brokers). They design and implement appropriate sales strategies/programs to carry out their responsibilities and achieve assigned production goals. Interact with Account Reps. once new business opportunities and relationships have been identified to ensure the appropriate fulfillment and management of these relationships. Travel (approximately 12 days per month) required.

Line of Business Job Description:

A member of the Franchise Programs Team responsible for identifying and developing new client/center of influence relationships in their respective territories through direct calling and networking efforts. Proactively and independently research and contact new prospects to successfully solicit new business opportunities. Supplement direct calling on prospects by developing referrals from business intermediaries (e.g. franchise/ corporate leaders; including General Managers, Regional Directors, Franchise Development Managers). They design and implement appropriate sales strategies/ programs to carry out their responsibilities and achieve assigned production goals. Interact with Relationship Managers once new business opportunities and relationships have been identified to ensure the appropriate fulfillment and management of these relationships. Travel required, approximately 60%

Required Skills:

Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience with a good working knowledge of commercial credit and lending

Successful outside sales experience

Must be able to travel

Desired Skills:

Advisory sales history

Intermediate credit analysis skills

Advanced MS Office abilities

Negotiation and sales training

Self-motivated and results oriented

Commercial credit and treasury/ cash management background
