IBM Solution Consultant, Commerce Cloud (US) - Bluewolf in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

We’re experiencing tremendous growth and are looking to add a sharp Solution Consultant to support our Commerce Cloud practice.Being a Solution Consultant, Commerce Cloud with Bluewolf means understanding the unique business requirements of our valued customers and translating those needs into a compelling demonstration of Salesforce's functional and technical capabilities.
You will make an immediate impact in the role by performing these key functions:
Owning the overall design of eCommerce systems as well as recommending best practice solutions based on clients’ business needs
Translate business requirements/user stories into a practical, scale-able solution that leverages the functionality and best practices of the commerce platform
Provide subject matter expertise to internal teams during sales and delivery processes
Lead onsite client workshops to share Bluewolf’s framework, best practices, and case studies
Understand the technical depth of the project and validate the correct resources for the project
Promotes best practice-driven solutions and integrated applications to reduce costs and improve adoption
Writes solution documentation and specifications jointly with the technical architect to create a consensus-based, scale-able, adaptable enterprise solution in sync with client needs and strategies
Supports practice development initiatives, training, and internal thought leadership

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Related Bachelor’s Degree
2-4 years of experience in commerce, technology, and/or consulting
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with and certification in Commerce Cloud, including familiarity with Site Readiness Assessments
Demonstrated ability to distill business requirements into solution architecture and system design across commerce, marketing and sales systems
Strong knowledge of business modeling and process documentation
Understanding of broader marketing and commerce ecosystem, data models, and common integration points
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
