Offering Management professionals incorporate marketplace analysis into their decision-making. They approach every engagement with a client-centered focus, bringing together marketplace expertise, understanding of competitive dynamics, and understanding of technological assets to drive value and growth for the business.

The Oncology, Life Sciences, and Personal Health Watson Health Offering Management summer internship program provides the opportunity to work on products that address real business challenges facing IBM’s decision makers, including doctors and researchers. Throughout the summer, interns can participate in educational sessions to develop skills, join in on networking opportunities to connect with other members of the Watson Health team and across IBM, and gain exposure to many different parts of IBM’s business. Interns will also take responsibility for developing specific elements of products development and market release.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with IBM’s business leaders on a project

  • Providing compelling, fact-based findings through organizing and extracting data, information, and insights from various sources and through different methods – including secondary research, competitive analysis and market opportunity analysis

  • Presenting findings and recommendations to IBM leadership in a clear and concise manner that drives business action

  • Participation in materials creation for new products
