Wells Fargo’s Chief Administrative Office (CAO) consists of enterprise functions that work together to promote and protect the Wells Fargo culture and brand, and support our team members. The Enterprise Analytics and Data Science (EADS) Strategy and Planning team is seeking a dynamic and creative professional with a strong analytics background and outstanding communications skills to build and lead a portfolio of communications capabilities and content that conveys the nature and business value of analytic results across a variety of audiences.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Design and manage a department-wide communications hub for internal collaboration and for showcasing analytic value and capabilities to partners across the Company

  • Create and manage an extensive inventory of communications artifacts (presentations, documents, templates, newsletters, etc.) and oversee their use, including development of accomplishments reporting that will be aggregated to a cohesive narrative for executive through Board level audiences

  • Consult with teams/leads as needed to help with communication planning/strategizing for both technical and nontechnical audiences

  • Work directly with analytics executives as needed on content that speaks to strategic data analytic goals, innovation at Wells Fargo and the role of the Company as a great place for an analytic career

  • Deliver timely, relevant, and informative communications content to audiences throughout the analytic community at Wells Fargo

  • Contribute to other EADS Strategy and Planning initiatives as needed

A successful candidate will have strong structured thinking skills coupled with the ability to communicate accordingly, and a deep understanding of the connection between data, analytics, and business drivers. This role has a high level of exposure to EADS leadership as well as to partner organizations including other parts of Data Management and Insights (DMI), AI Enterprise Solutions, Information Technology and line of business analytic teams. There is a significant opportunity to gain exposure to experts operating at the forefront of analytics in the banking industry and beyond.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling; or a Masters degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis and 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling

  • 4 + years of experience in one or a combination of the following: strategic planning, initiative management or project management

Desired Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • 6+ years of experience creating senior or executive level communications

  • A Masters of Business Administration (MBA)

  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

  • Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
