The Events & Catering Department at the Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort is hiring an Events & Catering Coordinator to join their team!

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30am

What will I be doing?

As an Events & Catering Coordinator you will be providing administrative support to the department and catering and event managers.

  • Greeting guests and assisting them with their requests/needs.
  • Answering phones and taking messages for the managers.
  • Assisting Managers with Contracts, Event Orders, Resumes and various tasks.
  • Sending out Weekly distribution of Event Orders & Daily distribution of Event listing
  • Filing paperwork and client files
  • Ordering of supplies for the office.
  • Assisting in maintaining appointment calendar
  • At Time assisting with making travel arrangements,
  • Meeting that are held- note-taking and sending recap to team
  • Other general office duties.
