The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Consumer Credit Card, Retail Services, Consumer Deposits, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. PVSI's focus is on delivering the next generation of payments and deposit capabilities and advancing our digital and online offerings to design new customer experiences and products. The PVSI Shared Services Team is involved in a wide-variety of high-priority initiatives across the company. We are looking for a Digital Manager within the Agile Implementation team, who will help us deliver an end- to-end agile transformation approach for Contact Center and Customer Relationship Management. Agile Implementation (AIM) team aims to strategically accelerate how quickly we move from ideas to production, bringing customer value to market, and delivering better quality products to customers, more frequently. You will be responsible for the following:

•Lead a team of digital consultants supporting the Contact Center and Customer Relationship Management Agile transformation journey

•Drive the delivery of all Contact Center(CC) and Customer Relationship Management(CRM) work in a sustaining agile mode. This will include teams that deliver project work, non-project work and operations.

•Partner with business and technology leadership to collaboratively define the Value stream & Scrum teams.

•Manage the end to end value stream and scrum team resourcing process

•Drives adoption & growth of Agile / Speed to Market (STM)transformation across PVSI on a day-to-day basis.

•Conducts Value stream planning across Value streams for the CC & CRM initiatives

•Coordinates Release planning for key program increment areas in Virtual Channels and other areas in PVSI as the work shifts to agile.

•Strategize the coordination ceremony to provide omni channel experience

•Introduces Wells Fargo Agile / STM methods, practices to scrum teams and Product Owners to drive STM adoption.

•Partners with the STM Transformation Management Office to provide feedback on the utilization on processes, tools and techniques for adoption of agile at scale to improved adoption and usage.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: digital customer experience, digital product/program management, digital platforms, or digital consulting

  • 6+ years of leadership experience

  • 5+ years of Agile experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of project management experience

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • 1+ year of education financial services experience

  • Ability to manage large complex cross-matrix organization that includes: multiple business, technology and risk disciplines with direct leadership; the development of the strategy for information security; and implementation of roadmaps for the Enterprise

  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships

  • Experience leading effective collaboration across a team of project managers focusing on different functional areas for the same project

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)

  • Ability to present to multiple levels of management

  • Ability to facilitate and lead meetings to reach conclusions, identify tasks, record actions, and achieve results
