Manager, Campus and Experienced Recruiting - Inclusion

Seeking an energetic recruiting professional who can develop and lead the effort to define, enhance and implement the Inclusion strategy as it relates to identifying, attracting and hiring women and diverse talent into the organization. Responsible for assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring application of policies and procedures. Position will be responsible for day-to-day recruiting execution.

Work you ll do

Inclusion recruiting focuses on the coordination and execution of diversity recruiting program initiatives. Recruiter will team with campus and experienced hire recruiters, Inclusion leaders and stakeholders to drive recruiting efforts and increase the pipeline and hiring of diverse candidates.

  • Partner and collaborate with Campus and Experienced Hire recruiters in executing innovative strategies to target diverse candidates

  • Provide input into diversity strategy, analyze progress/results and develop strategic recommendations for improvement

  • Plan and execute innovative diversity and inclusion programming opportunities

  • Build, enhance and maintain relationships with diversity organizations, partnerships, candidates and internal stakeholders. Attend local and national diversity and inclusion events

  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador to expand our internal & external footprint to build the Distinctively Deloitte brand

  • Maintain a strong network, understand the competitive landscape and adapt approaches to differentiate the organization in the marketplace

  • Align Inclusion strategy with overall organizational goals and strategic direction. Cultivate and strengthen relationships with tangential teams and key stakeholders (Consulting and Inclusion leaders)

  • Educate Business Advisors and stakeholders on the national inclusion strategy

  • Serve as the diversity subject matter expert in the areas of competitive intelligence, diversity events, target demographic landscape, etc.

  • Analyze and present diversity recruiting metrics to Talent and business leadership. Identify areas of opportunity and make recommendations

  • Partner with Inclusion COEs to ensure diversity is a key component of employment brand strategy

  • Team with Recruiting Leaders and Core Talent Services (CTS) in the execution of recruitment processes

  • Ensure team accountability and accuracy of data analysis and leader updates

  • Identify networking opportunities to enhance brand image and continued professional development

  • Manage and align diversity conference and program budgets as appropriate

The team

The Inclusion recruiting team sits within our Talent Evolving Workforce Center of Excellence collaborates with the business and across the Talent organization to provide strategic insight into the diversity recruiting vision. The team advises on, implements and executes the diversity and Inclusion recruiting strategy.
