A Food and Beverage / Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the daily management of activities and services of all hotel food and beverage operations (kitchens, restaurants, banquets, lounges, room service, coffee shops, etc.) in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability

Must have a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in Food and Beverage. Must be able to work a flexible schedule with both AM and PM shifts.

$15.00 per hour and full benefits at 90 days.

*Trains, supervises, counsels, and participates in the evaluation of restaurant staffemployees for the efficient operation of the restaurant.

*Directs staff in their workassignments.

* Responsible for ensuring that restaurant complies with sanitation and safety standards for guests and employees. Responsible for ensuring that all equipment is in working order.

*Visually inspects and takes corrective action to ensure that facilities in restaurant lookappealing and attractive to guests. Provides guidance for improvement and implements

* Necessary adjustments. Oversees work orders to ensure repairs and maintenance of facilityare completed on a timely basis.

*Manages and monitors product quality and guest satisfaction in restaurant. *Responsible forensuring that food quality is consistent, appealing, and prepared to guest specifications.

*Moves throughout facility and kitchen areas to visually monitor and take corrective action toensure food quality and service standards are met. Verifies temperatures, judgesappearance and taste of products, and checks preparation methods to determine quality.

*Provides guidance for improvement and implements necessary adjustments. *Has heavyinteraction with the guest to ensure a memorable quality experience.

*Obtain guest feedbackon quality of service and food in outlet.

*Documents inventory forecast usage and monitors supply so that restaurants are stockedwith linen, glassware, silverware, china, condiments and other items necessary to provideappropriate customer service.

*Oversees set up of dining and service areas.

*Responsible for ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures that relate to therestaurant as well as all local, state and federal laws and regulations.

*Regular attendance inconformance with the standards, which may be established by Hilton from time to time, isessential to the successful performance of this position.
