Performs review of services using summary plan documents for both pre and post service. Coordinates preauthorizations with appropriate Utilization Management vendor.
Performs review of services using summary plan documents for both pre and post service. Coordinates preauthorizations with appropriate Utilization Management vendor. Review and process call referrals from other departments. Respond to inquiries from Customer Service. Notates MRVs in DG system appropriately and completely. May be assigned to process special products.
Minimum of 3 years experience as an Inbound/Outbound Queue Associate.
Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Previous experience in claims processing, customer service, or claims management.
Experience with DG.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.
