Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consultant, Customer & Marketing, Human Services Transformation in Pittsburgh, PA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Perform production support planning by formulating incident management strategies, service level agreements and communication needs and by managing run books. Manage defects by creating, logging and triaging incidents, identifying incident trends, solutioning problem tickets produced in production environments, creating dashboards and working with offshore teams. Providing operational support and change management planning and execution for system implementations. Communicating with external stakeholders on technical and prioritization needs. Work with System Development Life Cycle methodologies (SDLC) Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. Translate requirements into optimized designs and identifying alternatives to assist the functional team in gathering system requirements and drafting a custom system design. Perform functional, non-functional, system integration, and end-to-end testing utilizing JIRA, JAMA and Microsoft Test Manager. Utilize JIRA to analyze management defects and create defect status dashboards. Create key client deliverables which includes business and system process flows, system usability, use cases, system requirements and interface documentation. Work on program management, business process improvement, policies and procedures, IT. Plan, track and deliver projects using Microsoft Project and documenting processes in Microsoft Visio. Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, or a related field.

  • One year of experience as a Consultant, Business Technology Analyst or a position in a related occupation.

  • Must have one year of experience with:

  • Working with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies;

  • Translating requirements into optimized designs and identifying alternatives to assist functional teams in gathering system requirements and drafting custom system designs;

  • Performing functional, non-functional, system, integration and end-to-end testing using JIRA, JAMA and Microsoft Test Manager;

  • Utilizing JIRA to analyze management defects and create defect status dashboards;

  • Creating key client deliverables, including business and system process flows, system usability, use cases, system requirements and interface documentation;

  • Work on IT program management, business process improvement, policies and procedures;

  • Planning, tracking and delivering projects using Microsoft Project and documenting processes in Microsoft Visio.

  • 80% travel required.
