Bilingual Parts Call Center Agent

Description

Responsible for providing order and backorder support to dealers and customers.

Providing customers personal assistance with parts ordering, lookup and/or availability issues

Providing parts support to dealers when CUMPAS and/or QuickServe systems are not available

Telemarketing and promotion of parts program and specials

Support and utilize BMS systems for coordinating Call center parts operations

Communicate pertinent parts information to customers in a timely, effective and personalized manner

Actively participate in Call center communication meetings and improvement planning efforts

Qualifications

Excellent customer service, organizational and time management skills

Previous work experience in a parts role is an asset – knowledge of Cummins and/or parts products

Capable of processing routine parts requests

Ability to communicate technical information effectively

Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to be flexible to help meet business needs

Ability to balance multiple priorities

Excellent communication skills (active listening, writing, speaking & phone manner)

Demonstrated ability to work through conflict and use effective problem solving techniques and demonstrated ability to develop & maintain effective working relationships with customers, dealers, suppliers and co-workers

Presents himself/herself in an upbeat manner and is engage

Encourages cooperation among team members and is a positive influence

Fluently bilingual in French & English – written and spoken

Ability to travel on occasion
