This Financial Analyst role will provide standard data and reporting, ad hoc analysis, and revenue growth tracking for the global commercial teams. This is a great opportunity to gain global finance experience while supporting the Anatomical Pathology Division revenue growth goals. This person will be a vital part of the commercial finance team and will also be expected to provide back-up support to the Senior Analysts on the team in the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
Provide and develop standard reporting for regional growth analysis and marketing initiative effectiveness
Develop routine analysis for bookings, backlog and revenue to support the weekly revenue calls.
Assist with the Commercial Month Business Reviews and forecasting process
Assist the team with pricing exception requests
Provide support during the global annual list price roll
Utilize distributor sales data to develop opportunity reporting on lost customer or product gap analysis
Work on other ad hoc tasks as required
Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:
Undergraduate degree or higher
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power BI
BS or equivalent in Finance or Economics
Data – ability to effectively manage large data-sets
Discipline – quality, attention to detail, focused on delivery
Passion – bias for action, energy, tenacious
Curiosity – challenge, question, be intrigued
Strong communication skills
