Conflict Minerals Program Lead
Team, Due Diligence Practices Team:
Gather and analyze Reasonable Country of Origin Information (RCOI) from RMI and 3rd party research.
Take action to identify and mitigate risk.
Run twice annual CMRT campaign.
Apply consistent selection criteria to determine in-scope suppliers.
Oversee validation of incoming CMRTs
Provide subject matter expertise and leadership on conflict minerals Blockchain project
Develop and deliver internal and supplier conflict minerals education
Coach or train geo PMs on conflict minerals development
Ensuring Client Success:
Respond to client requests (RFP, CMRT, etc.) in a timely manner.
Determine best fit for client need, IBM CMRT or CMR.
Provide insights to clients on best practices and smelter outreach
Create appropriate product level CMRT when possible to minimize inaccurate propagation of information
Create twice annual company level CMRT and track CMRT requests
Manage conflict minerals contractor workscope
Act as database administrator on Suppliersoft conflict minerals tool.
Manage users, configure reports, perform UAT on CMRT requests, ensure validation and risk rules are accurate, coordinate updates.
Manage IBM functional ID
Support contracts team on conflict minerals contract language pushback
Prepare twice monthly executive presentation and lead sourcing interlock
Manage POs required to operate program
Develop annual travel plan
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Well-versed in current and pending regulations regarding conflict minerals
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to mine, sort, and clean data from various sources
Ability to lead in a matrixed environment, and work with minimal direct supervision
Knowledge of procurement process and contracts
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
- Block Chain a plus
