Youwill be part of East&Central Europe (ECE) Oracle Consulting organization.Oracle Consulting delivers world leading services of implementation of allOracle applications and technologies. East and Central Europe team consists of250 highly skilled IT professionals, working in 10 countries, and servinghundreds of customers from Kazakhstan to Austria. ECE regional SaaSorganizations hires selected number of high-skilled specialists, to serve thewhole region with their expertise in key projects.
Youwill be based in Warsaw, with possibility to work partially from home, andopportunity to travel up to 30% of your time, mainly to East &CentralEurope.
Wewould like you to have/be:
3 years ofexperience in implementation of HR Management systems, or in businessconsulting companies, focusing on HCM transformations.
Knowledge of OracleHCM Cloud or eBusinessSuite HR or any similar HCM system.
Understandingof HCM terminology and modern best practice especially in Talent Acquisitionand Talent Management.
Interest inmodern HCM tools and their usage in HR departments.
Goodpresentation and communication skills.
BSc or MScdegree in HR/ Management/Computer Science, or related fields.
Ability tolearn quickly, being well organized and communicative, especially in aninternational team that heavily uses remote communication.
ExcellentEnglish and Polish verbal and written skills.
Russian is also an advantage
Additionalknowledge of German or any East European language would be yourasset.
Whatwould you do as HCM Consultant at Oracle?
BeFunctional Consultant in implementation of Oracle HCM Product – design thefinal solution, define business processes, prioritize the project scope.Work with Oracle clients to help them adopt Best practice processes, enabledby Oracle Cloud HCM.
Supportsales cycle of Oracle Consulting services by presenting to the customerOracle Value proposition, defining the business needs and the way OracleHCM Cloud could address them. Prepare proposals, manage bid processes andsupport sales representatives.
Delivercustomer workshops, trainings, go-live and post go-live support –remotely, on-site in Poland, on-site in ECE countries.
Configureand test HCM Cloud in the project cycle.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.
Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.
2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
