Accenture Internal Communications Support Analyst in Prague, Czech Republic
This will be your future team: We are providing support services to Marketing & Communication departments of Accenture globally. We are a team of young professionals with various nationalities, working closely together with our stakeholders and our Cross Communications peers around the world. Our work scope can be often changing and as our team continues to grow we are looking for more professionals. We work on our own and we are expected to be able to make decisions by ourselves. We are based in our modern offices in the Chodov business park, close to the Chodov metro station. Once trained and ready, the team and work set up allows us to work even from the comfort of home up to two days per week.
This will be your future role: You will support high level communicators and their campaigns targeting leadership, support teams, impacted users and all Accenture people, by operating different internal communication tools (e.g. Stensul). You will need to engage with the communicators and support the creation and distribution of communications that impact Accenture and our clients. You will ensure content quality, aligned with communication guidelines and tool restrictions
This is what you already have:
Webpage and newsletter design and communications are absolutely your thing
You are keen to interact with internal clients from different geographies and cultures, you’re advanced in English (other languages are only a plus)
You are able to prioritize and schedule your own workload
You are someone who pays attention to detail and don’t leave any important thing out
It’s an advantage if you have experience with SharePoint or a similar platform
