Accenture PROD OSP Shared Team Senior Analyst in Prague, Czech Republic

Job Summary:

Provide sales operations support for one or more business entities. Support Accenture leadership and client teams in their day-to-day sales activities, with focus on opportunity pipeline management, new business meeting conduct, and sales stage approvals. Handle customer requests escalated from the OSP Shared Team. Provide training for other OSPs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide OSP support to client service groups when the dedicated OSPs are absent, and/or to supplement the work done by the dedicated OSPs:

  • Ensure opportunities are correctly coded in Manage my sales on a timely basis. Execute processes to keep information in the system accurate and up-to-date, communicating with client teams and Finance personnel as needed.

  • May need to manage New Business Meetings for the entity: prepare agendas, advise client teams on required materials, prepare minutes, record decisions in the appropriate system(s), and follow-up on action items.

  • Monitor the opportunity pipeline and ensure opportunities receive stage approval either at New Business Meetings or offline, according to global and entity guidelines.

  • Provide functional support for users of MMS in the entity. Direct them to the proper contacts for application training, security access, and technical support.

  • Maintain data in MMS or delegate data maintenance tasks to the OSP Shared Team following established guidelines.

  • Resolve customer requests escalated by the OSP Shared Team, consulting Subject Matter Experts and performing follow-up as needed.

  • Back up of PRD CSG OSPs (including covering for NBM)

  • May need to prepare customized opportunity reports for entity leadership.

  • Take responsibility for personal skill development and career management

Education

Two or four year degree in Business or related field or 1+ year equivalent work experience

Work Experience

Minimum of 2 years, preferably 3 years of work experience

Work Requirements

· May be required to work from home occasionally

· May be required to attend conference calls outside of normal working hours

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

· Problem solving and root cause analysis

· Confidence and poise in interactions with senior executives

· Highly proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, IE, Outlook)

· Understanding of Sales/Opportunity Management process preferred

· Proficiency in SAP Opportunity Management preferred

· Understanding of basic finance concepts for a services company
