Work in a team based environment providing a quality experience for our consumers. Support internal and external partners to enhance and contribute to the continued success of Church & Dwight.
Respond promptly and professionally to consumer and professional contacts regarding all Church & Dwight consumer products.
Evaluate consumer contacts, review for trends and present to Management.
Accurately use computer system for data entry and response of all contacts.
Attend regular Brand Team/Business Unit Meetings to develop and maintain areas of expertise by interacting with other departments on brand matters.
Take initiative in researching topics through consultation with internal and external resources.
Support special departmental projects as needed.
Collaborate with Department Supervisor and Manager to develop procedures, streamline processes and document department practices.
Education: Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution (Consumer Relations, Marketing, Communications) preferred or High School Diploma with over one year of experience in a Consumer Relations or Customer Service.
Experience using Wilke-Thornton CRS in a Consumer Relations environment preferred.
