Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

The candidate needs to have working knowledge ofOracle Governance, Risk and Compliance(GRC)experience. Have at least a year of implementation working on one or more GRC products either on-premise or on the cloud. You will work with customers and will be responsible for implementation ofOracle's Risk Management Cloud Services (RMCS).

Your Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, internal audit experience a plus

2-3 years of consulting experience

ERP cloud Financials knowledge a big plus, especially onERP cloud security, Accounts Payable, General Ledger Accounts receivables

Have worked with at least on ONE of the products in the oracle's risk management cloud space, namelyAdvanced Access Control, Advanced Financial Control, Financial Reporting Complianceor their on-premise equivalent likeAdvanced Access Controls Governor, Advanced Financial Governor or Enterprise GRC Manager

Ability to be self-sufficient and work collaboratively in a team

Self-motivated and able to work with a limited amount of supervision

Must be able to handle multiple assignments and be deadline-oriented

Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
