Role Summary:

Based out of our R&D Headquarters in Princeton, NJ, the Order Fulfillment Rep will be responsible for the order fulfillment process that includes coordinating and administering proactive and effective customer service from order taking to invoicing.Responsibilities:

  • Customer communications, order entry and order fulfillment through interaction with external and internal customers (Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Transportation and Customer Service team).

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels and identify and communicate and resolve customer issues related to shipments.

  • Point of customer contact to effectively process all sales/purchase orders, to communicate status of orders and handle inquiries.

Requirements:

  • HS diploma with 5+ years of demonstrated customer service experience in a high-pressure fast-paced environment

  • BS degree from an accredited institution with some work experience.Skills and Competencies

  • Working knowledge of SAP preferred and strong MS Office skills required.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills that reinforce the team environment.

  • Strong detail-orientation, organizational and follow-up skills required.
