As a recognized authority and leading contributor within their practice, this senior-level consulting position provides consistent high quality and innovative solution leadership to a project team. Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.
Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations. Provides direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions. Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise. Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions. Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack.
8-10 years of experience relevant to this position including 4 years of consulting experience. Prior team leadership or management experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Strong influencing and negotiation skills. Ability to travel as needed.

Federal Human Capital Business Analyst - US Nationwide - Consulting Technical Manager
*Position Description: *
The Federal Human Capital and/or Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Business Analyst will act as a Subject Matter Expert for the Oracle Cloud HCM application consulting team supporting the configuration and extension of the Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Core HR, Workforce Management and Talent Management).
This position is responsible for:
applying knowledge of Federal Human Capital laws, rules, regulations in processing personnel actions, pay, benefits and leave administration and talent acquisition to develop compliant application level business processes
serving as a Federal Human Capital liaison between end users, application developers, and project managers
collaborating with federal clients and/or Business Analysts to understand and document Federal HCM business requirements for systems enhancements
performing systems integration testing, and coordination of user acceptance testing
serving as client liaison for large public sector Oracle Cloud HCM business transformation activities.
understanding Oracle Cloud HCM functionality and capabilities to drive the teams to design and develop application
assisting with quarterly update testing and new feature evaluation
*Position Requirements: *
8 -10 years Federal Human Capital systems/personnel action, payroll processing experience.
Proven leadership capabilities
Understanding of business process reengineering practices.
Experience supporting other federal HR software systems with an emphasis on user logic, configurations, testing or equivalent skills from an overall experience crossing multiple modules and understanding the overall impacts.
Knowledge and expertise in the use of Microsoft Office software packages, including Excel and Word to support existing reporting systems and analysis.
Possess strong quantitative, analytical and conceptual and critical thinking skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities over multi-user teams while meeting deadlines.
Ability to communicate with all levels within Federal agency s Human Capital organization to interpret requirements and develop solutions.

Other Preferred Qualifications:
