Sales and Marketing Center (SMC) partners with multiple Eaton businesses across different geographies to deliver incremental value and drive growth by providing best in class solutions and practices through its five integral CoEs - Sales Analytics & Market Research [SAMR], Creative CoE, Customer Services [CS], Master Data Management [MDM] and Pricing CoE. Essential Function:

  • Monthly FOS reports are run and sent to Sales Rep partners to update. (some reports might need to be completed more frequently.)

  • Enter the data received from Sales Rep into the system within the agreed Turnaround time.

  • The ACSR will be assigned specific accounts and/or territories and activities to provide support for the sale of all Eaton Electronics products.

  • The ACSR will interface directly with the Field Sales team that is directly responsible for contact with the Strategic Account customers, end customers and/or distributors to provide administrative and quoting support.

  • The ACSR must respond to inquiries from Field Sales team, Strategic Accounts, and customers regarding all “pre-order” activities, and as needed coordinate/communicate “post order” activities managed by Customer Satisfaction through completion of shipment of orders. These duties must be performed in a responsive and professional manner.

  • Should have good command over systems with a good typing speed.

  • Proves to be highly accurate, reliable and timely on activities delegated by the Sites.

  • Promotes customer satisfaction and achieves cycle time reduction through team-based problem solving

    B) Other responsibilities include:

  • Coordinates price quotes with the field sales team, regional sales manager, and product managers.

  • Approves and follows up on sample requests with Field Sales Rep.

  • Enters, tracks, and follows up all open business opportunities with Field Sales Reps.

  • Routes and follows up new designs with design engineering team.

  • Coordinates and follows up on sales leads to field sales team and RSM’s.

  • Creates and distributes reports from various sources such as SAP, Business Warehouse, Access Database or internal online tools.

Specialized Knowledge:

  • Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related discipline from an accredited institution

  • 3 years related Sales/Customer Service experience required

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States, now or in the future without company sponsorship

  • No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate geographical area will be considered for this position.

  • Strong English written and verbal skills

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing sales related functions.

  • Additional qualifications a candidate may possess that the hiring team would consider to be ideal (in addition to the basic qualifications)

  • Example: Minimum of 5 years of Strategic Account/Inside Sales related experience.
