Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities : 1- Procurement process PR, PO, invoice end to end cycle- Good knowledge on P2P process Direct/Indirect/Subcontracting process 2- STO- Inter transfer or Intra transfer 3- Release strategies for PR , PO and its configuration
Technical Experience : 1- Inventory management which consists Good receipts, Reservations and Goods Issue, Transfer Posting 2- Configuration on enterprise structure Purchase organization, Plant, Assign Plant to Purchase Organization, Storage Location, Purchase Group, Material Group 3- Maintenance of condition records for purchasing documents like PO, SES, RFQ 4- Basics of invoice verification 5- Configuration of account Determination 6- Details on inbound and outbound idocs- Little knowledge on IDOCS
Professional Attributes : 1- Good written and verbal communication skill required 2- Good client handling, stake holder management skill 3- LSMW process execution
