Creative CoE, which is integral part of SMC (Eaton Sales and Marketing Centre) located in Pune, India is looking for Visualizer/Conceptualization Expert on Print and Graphics domain.
The primary function of Senior Analyst Visualizer will be a mix of artistic, marketing, and business expertise to the position, promoting Creative CoE as team and that of our valued clients. We are looking for an experienced visualizer, who can inspire and be inspired by others to take our creative efforts/inputs to the next level. He/she will have a natural eye for design and a passion for delivering dynamic ideas that connect with any audience and customers. The position requires lot of Attention to Detail, closely work with Team Manager/Production Lead for delivering high quality output with committed timeline. The candidate should have the competency and skill to educate co-workers on the best practices in terms of print and graphics domain. This role will act as a consultant to provide better design solution to our EMEA and US customers. Adhere to brand guideline and providing better design solution would be primary role for this position. The candidate should be able to understand the business requirements and translate them into actionable items like visually appealing layout, creative layouts and infographics.
This exciting role offers opportunity to:
Work closely with EMEA/US team for conceptualization for creative projects – creative templates, design proposal, etc.,
Present or oversee presentation of final concepts and coordinate production
Develop layouts, templates, presentation approaches, styles, and techniques for the team to implement.
Establish creative team standards for production, productivity, quality, and client service.
Work closely with team manager for creative project assignment and priorities.
Aligning team priorities with business objectives to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.
Conceptualize campaign vision, harnessing original graphics, copy, content websites, social media, and other marketing materials.
Work with the creative team members to establish a unified brand understanding and voice for the team.
Oversee the prototyping, assigning, scheduling, and mentoring staff (if any).
Ensure team adheres to current processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and proposing and creating processes and tools to support design operations.
Analyze market trends, consumer need, and the competitive landscape, and track campaign performance.
Bachelor’s degree in fine art, graphic design, or similar discipline.
8+ years as a professional graphic designer with 4+ years of experience in managing creative projects.
Expert skills on storytelling through engaging illustrations/drawings.
Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives.
Proficiency with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Exceptional capability with typography, layout, and prototyping.
Prior experience as an art director/Visualizer/Conceptual developer.
Web development experience added advantage.
Ability to present and convince (virtually/in-person) the concepts and designs.
Have a solid knowledge of print and Graphics production.
Strong interpersonal skills and effective relation building capacity with client, partner and internal team at different levels in the organization.
Should be a self-starter & be able to operate without close supervision.
Strong written and verbal skills in English required.
Should be comfortable working in Windows & Mac.
