Job Description:

A.Shop building: complete new shop building Elite 113, Elite Mini 52, total 165.

  • Responsible area are HLJ/JL/LN/NMG/BJ/SX, totally 6 provinces or 3 RSMs

  • Responsible for Elite shop network planning, communication and execution of above area

  • Elite shop pipeline management, Pipeline Strength >2

  • New building shop field visit, Cover rate Elite>90%,Elite Mini >50%

  • Responsible for shop building E2E process, including pipeline management, field visit and negotiation, offline & online application, design confirm and contract signing

  • More than 30% of new shop building contract with 5-year-long volume contribution period

  • More than 50% of new shop building are converted from competitors (“Competitor” definition is Shell SOW incremental>60%)

  • 100% of new building shop will access to Retail-Pal

B. Shop nurturing: responsible for shop nurturing activities of existing shop 336 and new building shop 113, totally 439 Elite network

  • Ensure Elite shop averagely achieve PA volume target (benchmark single shop PA target of 2019 GIP)

  • Promote Elite network MKT promotion activities, participant rate >70%

  • Organize and execute Elite seminar, promoting operation Innovation projects, cover rate>50%

  • Ensure elite shop participant rate>90% (strive for 100%), in Retail-Pal roll out cities.

  • At least implement 5 Retail-Pal by oneself and follow-up to estabulish Smart model shop (Requirements: connection consumer>300 & Shell Car Care Membership Card Online)

  • Select and develop operation Innovation model shops in 3 cities (5 shops/city), in order to optimize network operation and help distributor improve service capability.

C. Distributor Management

  • Coaching Elite Coach and establish model shop, monthly review and summary with Elite Coach

  • Key distributor Elite network ROI analysis

  • Tracking and analysis of shop building/shop nurturing/PA contribution

  • Brand shop network planning and execution for key cities/distributors

  • Continually network operation quality improvement via online Elite shop inspection tool

  • Capable to design solution for shops proficiently using operation innovation/Smart Retailer project

  • Strong distributor management capability, especially data analysis and coaching

  • Good communication skill both internally/externally, keep cross-level commination among SD/RSM/ICAM/DO/BSM/customer level
