Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Calibration Technician is responsible for all Calibration at McKesson Canada Automation. The incumbent ensures all related activities are performed with the highest standards of quality while respecting timelines set by Management.
This position requires compliance with company policies such as yearly performance evaluations, expense reporting, time sheets and all policies set forth by the Company. Works closely with adjacent departments and internal/external partners and suppliers to ensure operational excellence to support the technology solutions implemented at retail and institutional customers across Canada.
Section A – Specific Responsibilities
Make sure the information about the calibration is updated properly and complete the changes when required in the system.
Keep the drug database up to date and take the proper actions to resolve any outdated informations.
Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; identifying trends; recommending system improvements.
Promotes a culture of acting on fact and doing it right the first time, with the highest standards of quality.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Computer literate and intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite including Excel, Wor.
Shows organized work and drives execution excellence
Able to work independently with little supervision
Able to work with a scale, micrometer instrument and camera equipment.
Ability to communicate with individuals from varied backgrounds.
