IBM Program Manager (West) - Bluewolf in Raleigh, North Carolina
Bluewolf has revolutionized how businesses make everyday decisions with Salesforce to create innovative digital experiences for their customers. We are looking for top talent and right now we need a detail-oriented Program Manager who will oversee the coordination and completion of projects.
The Program Manager will perform the following key duties:
Set the precedent of strong leadership by assigning responsibilities, setting deadlines and ensuring the quality of delivery to ensure successful renewal of contracts
Monitor and summarize progress of projects and prepare executive level reports for upper management and executive client teams regarding the status
Analyzes/identifies areas of risk and develops plans to minimize
Effectively facilitate meetings, demonstrate brainstorming/consensus building skills, and interact with executive level project sponsors
Works independently as well as cohesively with Bluewolf and client team members toward customer satisfaction and success.
Can be called on to take a lead role in Bluewolf sales initiatives related to areas of expertise

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
10+ year’s prior experience in a Program Manager or related role
Working knowledge of implementation and configuration of enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SFA, or ERP
Demonstrates the ability to effectively prepare and maintain a Business Process, Process Flow Analysis, Requirements Definition, Configuration Workbook, Data Models and Detailed Functional Design
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
- Experience successfully running large projects and budgets using the Agile framework
