You will be joining the UK Technology and Cloud Engineering team, which focusses on delivering customer solutions for real business challenges and supporting internal stakeholders with new technology solutions, as well running events and facilitating internal enablement. We have a number of roles with both non-technical and technical focus. These are: Agile Engineer, Solutions Architect - Business Operations, Project Support, Customer Engagement, and Technology Programmes Support - Marketing, Communications, Operations & Projects.

What You’ll Do .

  • Create rapid proof of concept demos and minimum viable products

  • Support third party and customer projects providing Agile solutions to real business challenges

  • Participate in customer discovery workshops

  • Develop solutions using a wide range of Oracle technology including

  • Mobile applicatons

  • Database

  • Analytics

  • And more!

Required Skills/Experience

  • Energetic, articulate and motivated students with the right attitude and aptitude to succeed in a fast-paced business. This position is open to those who are entering in a placement year

  • Preferred previous experience in programming

  • Preferred knowledge of the Agile methodology and Scrum framework

  • Knowledge in database relationship theory

  • Previous experience in database query languages

  • Ability to work in a rapid development team and work with multiple teams as well as individually

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Enthusiasm and the willingness and desire to learn, but not afraid to fail

  • Confident, positive and high energy with great interpersonal skills

  • Passionate about customer experience

  • The ability to self-manage, with strong organisational and planning skills

  • The ability to learn new technologies and adopt new tools

  • The ability to communicate to both technical and business audiences well
