Position: Internal Account Manager
ABOUT THE ROLE
The aim of the of the Internal Account Manager is to have full responsibility managing the overall account relationship by providing strategic service and support to assigned customer base. The individual will be required to maximise margins, gain market share, and drive value added solution selling. Working with both internal and external resources.
This role offers variety, providing customer service, quoting, fulfilling demand, ensuring on-time delivery of orders, providing engineering support, and trouble shooting. The Internal Account Manager will function as key liaison between suppliers and customers to build and establish long-term business partnerships for Arrow. Working with Arrow Account Managers and Key Account Managers, to identify the key reseller partners with good potential to develop sales of the vendor’s products and services.
The successful candidate will be a professional sales person who can demonstrate an established career of achievement within a sales environment.
