We are looking to hire a Senior Principal Consultant - Cloud HCM to join the quickly growing UK HCM Applications Team, to work on projects implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Products.
This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of the Consulting transformation to SaaS Cloud Services.
This role will combine skills in requirements analysis, workshop facilitation, customer management and product configuration.
Supporting customers through all phases of the implementation project lifecycle, including post production optimization activities.
Supporting the execution, controlling and closing of successful talent management projects on-time and on budget through completion of project delivery tasks assigned by project managers relative to an approved project plan and agreed upon delivery timeframe
Running workshop sessions analyzing client requirements and recommending future state process and solution design.
Leading, facilitating and consulting on HCM Applications best practices.
Meet or exceed expectations for billable utilization targets, internal project PMO deliverables, customer satisfaction and professional development goals/training plans.
Continually develop deep HCM Applications functional knowledge to enable the development of innovative solutions or workarounds to solution gaps by leveraging existing functionality.
Project management on larger projected limited to supporting post planning activities, upkeep of project documentation with limited support to project planning activities, but would provide project planning support on smaller engagements
Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
Works with technical Project Managers
Presenting solutions to small and large audiences.
Flexible to travel nationally and internationally (up to 50%)
Strong awareness as implementation consultant of Oracle HCM SaaS solutions.
Oracle HCM Cloud (preferred) or e-Business Suite experience implementing Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Time and Labor, Compensation and Payroll.
Recent project life-cycle experience is a must (end-to-end implementations)
Fluent in English
Experience on Oracle True Cloud Method implementation methodology

5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
