Work as a part of Customer Success team consisting of engineers from feature development, release and operation and product management groups
Prepare design documents and technical specifications, including testing plans, based on business requirements
Participate in planning and executing of data conversion activities and customer data migrations
Participate in customer upgrade activities
Triaging and ad-hoc testing of customer related issues as internal second line support for developers
Technical support of customer activities during go-live
Participate in the full life-cycle delivery of complex software applications
Work in multiple time zones with developers, release engineering and QA
Master/Bachelor of Computer Studies degree
Knowledge of SQL
Experience with SAP and/or Workday Cloud software
Knowledge of performance workbenches tools (Runtime analysis, SQL Trace, etc)
Experience in working with product managers, strategy, customers, product development, QA and other cross-functional groups to ensure high NPS score
Analytical, logical thinking
Good level of English
Proven track record of delivering successful customer implementation
Knowledge of HCM space a plus
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.
As a member of the software engineering division, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures. You will be responsible for defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of software applications or operating systems.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.
