Seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to drive large scale AI Services programs

for building Oracle’s Cloud Infrastructure. Preferred candidates will need to

have a mix of technical experience and business acumen. At Oracle, we are

MinimumQualifications

-

Bachelor’s

degree plus 5 years of work experience in related industry or 8 years

of work experience in a related industry

-

Strong

technical understanding of Cloud Products and Cloud Infrastructure

-

Experience

driving large Infrastructure projects in other Public Cloud providers

-

Heavy expertise in managing complex programs

spanning across multiple functions\teams

-

Strong in verbal, written communication and

detailed oriented

-

Must be willing to work in a fast pace

environment and adjust to changing priorities while maintaining a can-do

attitude

Self-starter and can work independently while applies sound business judgment

to solve complex issues

Provide the program infrastructure that gives visibility into

program plans, scope, resources, schedule, status, risk, and quality.

Execute product releases to closure in a highly predictable

manner, encouraging release team proactivity, ensuring teams stay focused on

release objectives and business value.

Serve as a communication hub between development teams and business

readiness stakeholders to reflect product priorities, schedules, and

milestones, encouraging transparency.

-

Work with the team to anticipate, identify, and manage risks,

issues, and dependencies to closure.

-

Use tools and techniques (e.g., JIRA burn down charts, bug

reports) to validate the scope, schedule, quality, and predictability of

deliverables throughout the release lifecycle.

Encourage continuous improvement through Lessons Learned

sessions and using data we collect release over release.

-

Engage with business readiness stakeholders throughout the

release process to ensure efficient time to market.

Provide governance of release programs through milestone

reviews, release meetings, and Governance calls to appraise stakeholders, make

course corrections, and obtain release approval.

Manage

involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new

or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending.

Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the

interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on

schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems

analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced

technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor

individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.

BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven

years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.
