Industry Solutions Marketing Manager
Seeking a Marketing Manager to be a part of Oracle’s Cloud Business Group Industry marketing team to help drive strategy, execution, and delivery of marketing generated pipeline commitments. This person will serve a critical role in helping drive Cloud Business Group’s industry solutions awareness and adoption. This role will interface and collaborate with industry solutions managers, product marketing, corporate marketing and business development to develop, adapt, and execute highly effective marketing programs and events that increase market awareness, generate demand, accelerate adoption of industry solutions.
This marketing professional should understand multiple personas and business segments, know how to develop strategy marketing plans, and be able to drive integrated marketing programs. This person will also need to report weekly on campaign metrics and KPIs that track towards quarterly goals.
Essential functions include but may not be limited to:
Successful execution of integrated campaign activities to drive leads, pipeline, and awareness growth for Oracle Industry solutions.
Develop/host webcasts and training campaigns
Build campaign strategy, value propositions and messaging, contact acquisition strategy, and content that drive results.
Create content to support demand gen activities, including landing pages, webinars, blog posts, product demos, videos, etc.
Define the target audience and its preferences, needs, and challenges. Identify - and adjust - appropriate mix of assets and activities to engage the audience, generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
Execute strategy for integrated digital, ABM, and event strategies.
Budgeting and reporting - Proactively communicate the impact of overall marketing programs in terms of key performance goals (pipeline, opportunities generated, revenue) on a monthly, quarterly, FY basis.
Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred.
3-4 years of experience working in B2B marketing.
Background includes marketing B2B cloud services.
Knowledge of industry marketing a plus
Execution-oriented, creative, and able to bring innovative ideas that increase engagement within a fast-paced, high-growth market segment, across multiple personas.
Proven success (pipeline & revenue generation) of multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including digital, events and ABM execution.
Strong understanding of lead generation and flow within a B2B organization.
Analytical mindset with ability to track and report on marketing performance metrics as well as lagging revenue attribution, revenue influence and ROI.
Writing experience: email marketing, direct marketing copy, and massaging product content into easy-to-understand benefits
Expertise in managing projects across various, regionally distributed teams.
Excellent relationship management skills with ability to quickly build rapport and influence and deepen relationships with stakeholders.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems, Eloqua a plus.
Strong and disciplined project management and process improvement capabilities.
Other soft skills: Self-starter and self-motivated, organized, goal-oriented, excellent multi-tasker and able to manage time well, customer-focused, excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to be flexible and adjust to changes in priorities or areas of focus as needed.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Development and implementation of business plans, marketing strategy, and forecasts for a product/service or vertical market.
As a product analyst you will participate in every stage of the product life cycle to ensure product meets the needs of users. Drive the implementation of programs in support of the marketing strategy, business plans, and forecasts for assigned product lines. Maintains current status of customer specifications for existing and future products. Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities in support of product line objectives. Drive product functionality delivering high quality product documentation. Lead products through scheduled release assisting others to manage commitments and resources. Measure and report progress and review deliverables.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Demonstrated product/project management experience. Excellent written and verbal communication. Demonstrated product/project management experience. Thrives in fast paced environment Team player. Experience using or implementing Oracle, SAP, or Peoplesoft applications. 5 years related experience and BA/BS degree in marketing or technical major preferred.
