The full-time,

salaried position is based at Oracle’s global headquarters located in Redwood

Shores, California. Your core responsibilities will include: campaign

development, marketing systems operations and analytics, and project management.

Qualified candidates will be able to contribute individually and as a team

member, providing direction and mentoring to others. You will use your strong

communication and relationship building skills with colleagues across the entire



  • Supportmarketing campaign execution requests using marketing automation systemsincluding Oracle Eloqua, an industry-leading marketing automation platform

  • Assistwith the creation and execution of demand generation campaigns such as list pulls,landing pad creation, asset mapping, copywriting, social media marketing, andother related tasks

  • Provideproject management support for email campaigns, webcasts, online forums, andother digital campaigns

  • Leveragebig-data analytics to report on worldwide marketing initiatives, programs andactivities, as well as tracking budget requests/approvals

  • Executeinbound and outbound content marketing strategies

  • Specialprojects, as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college oruniversity

  • 1-2 years digital marketing, communications,design and/or marketing coursework and/or practical experience

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiencywith Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and HTML

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and to managemultiple projects simultaneously

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Solution-oriented , collaborative, adaptable,proactive, personable, and tech-savvy

  • Highly interested in marketing and the techindustry

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Development of communication programs to promote Oracle

  • s products and services.

Assist management with implementation of corporate and local campaign media plans. Apply corporate and local campaign advertising with assistance and guidance. Support efforts to integrate advertising into the marketing campaigns and across the communications mix. Maintain and communicate brand advertising in line with standard practices and procedures. Assist more senior team members with partner advertising. Measure advertising effectiveness.

Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. Graduate or equivalent with 0 - 2 year experience. Basic knowledge of marketing techniques and company wide products. Developing experience and understanding through exposure to production, media buying and campaign involvement.
