reports directly into the CEO. We perform core product marketing function

for the company, and have the responsibility of setting Oracle market strategy

for Oracle public cloud including SaaS, PaaS and IaaS, as well as converged

infrastructure and Industry vertical solutions. We lead the

company’s transition to cloud. We design, develop and deploy go to market

strategies that are aligned with the selling organization, and partner with

engineering on product roadmaps and requirements.

We are looking for an Oracle

Digital Enablement Program Manager to help us maximize the success of our Oracle

Digital Sellers by ensuring that they have the right content and tools needed

for successful selling

The individual will report

to the director of marketing operations and analytics. In this role, the manager will collaborate

with product marketing, sales management and sales operations to define a core

set of assets, tools and sales programs required for digital selling and will

work across the cloud business group’s product marketing teams to ensure that

those assets, tools and programs are delivered on a timely basis.

Job responsibilities andactivities

  • Implement clear and consistent processes for enabling OD Salesteams

  • Coordinate across product marketing teams to ensure consistentexecution of the Cloud Business Group’s OD strategy

  • Manage, execute and measure the performance of OD sales programs

  • Understand what is and is not working from the existing portfolioof assets, tools and sales plays

  • Work across product marketing to ensure that asset bills ofmaterials are complete and high quality

  • Set deadlines and Keep teams on schedule to deliver on time

  • Keep executive staff updated on progress, including the proactivenotification of issues

  • Drive thought leadership and marketing messaging for a givenindustry vertical and an industry solution offer

  • Package analyses for actionable recommendations to executiveleadership

Preferred skills,experience, background

  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing operations or managementconsulting

  • Ability to influence across business teams to get work done

  • Detail oriented with strong project management sills

  • Good powerpoint and excel skills

  • Superior skills in written and verbal executive facing presentation

  • Proficiency with data visualization technology is a plus

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Development and implementation of business plans, marketing strategy, and forecasts for a product/service or vertical market.

As a product analyst you will participate in every stage of the product life cycle to ensure product meets the needs of users. Drive the implementation of programs in support of the marketing strategy, business plans, and forecasts for assigned product lines. Maintains current status of customer specifications for existing and future products. Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities in support of product line objectives. Drive product functionality delivering high quality product documentation. Lead products through scheduled release assisting others to manage commitments and resources. Measure and report progress and review deliverables.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Demonstrated product/project management experience. Ability to work with Executives. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Demonstrated product/project management experience. Creative, energetic, and enthusiastic. Team player. Experience using or implementing Oracle, SAP, or Peoplesoft applications. Basic HTML and web technology skills a plus. 8 years technology/industry experience and BA/BS/MBA degree.
